The onsens were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff was quick to address any concerns we had. We appreciated the complimentary drinks in the lobby.
We didn't encounter any major problems during our stay. However, some parts of the hotel looked a bit worn down.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very attentive and made me feel pampered. The onsen was a highlight and turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Moreover, I appreciated how promptly they shipped my lost item to my next destination at no cost. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were also exceptional.

The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery and providing a tranquil atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff always ready to assist us. From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs with the special check-in/out service. Our room was immaculately clean and well-maintained, and the amenities such as the flat-screen TV and air conditioning added to our comfort. We were also impressed with the variety of dining options available, including special diet menus.
We highly recommend this place to our friends.

The onsen was a highlight of the stay, with its pleasant surprise and calming effect. the staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond such as mailing lost items to their next destination. the location offered some great activities to enjoy, including karaoke and casinos for those who love to socialize.
The breakfast was lacking in variety, but still satisfying.
